Hearty Turkey Vegetable Soup
INGREDIENTS:
4-1/4 cups chicken stock
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder, or 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
10 oz. frozen cut green beans
1 cup canned tomatoes, cut up
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients, except turkey, in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add turkey and heat through.
